The plaintiff appeals as of right from an order of the Alger County Circuit Court entered July 15, 1971, which granted the defendant's motion for an accelerated judgment and dismissed the plaintiff's suit.

In March of 1964, a bulldozer owned by the defendant was brought into the plaintiff's shop for repairs. Plaintiff completed the requisite repairs at a cost of $3800.
