This is an appeal from a motion for summary judgment granted to Hastings Mutual Insurance Company, defendant and cross-plaintiff (hereinafter "Hastings"), against the P.L. Kanter Agency, Inc., cross-defendant (hereinafter "Kanter"), for failing to cancel a fire insurance policy.
