SALES — Breach of Warranty of Travel Trailer — Damages for Jury.

Per Curiam:

Plaintiff sued for breach of warranty of merchantability of a $3250 travel trailer manufactured and sold by the defendants. A jury returned a verdict for plaintiff, and defendants appeal.

Plaintiff purchased the trailer on March 4, 1968. When he first pulled it some three or four weeks later he discovered it wouldn't trail...
