George Atkinson initiated action to recover for damages to certain telephone exchange equipment owned by him and stored in a Port of Seattle warehouse until it was moved at the request of the Port of Seattle, by ABC Transfer Company, to an ABC Transfer Company warehouse. Prior to moving the equipment, the Port of Seattle informed Mr. Atkinson by a series of letters that the equipment would have to be moved. When he took no action, the port contracted...
