This is a suit for delictual damage allegedly sustained by plaintiff, Billy Joe Johnson, on January 13, 1970, in an altercation between him and his foreman, Anthony Corsentino, whom he sued personally. Charging that the altercation took place during the course and scope of his employment, plaintiff also brought suit against his employer of one month, Best Manufacturing Company, Inc., on whose premises the altercation took place, and Insurance Company...
