TONGUE, Justice.

This is an action against an insurance agent and one of his insurance salesmen for breach of a contract to procure a policy of fire insurance on property in Nevada after an "oral binder" by the salesman. Thus, when plaintiffs requested the salesman to arrange for fire insurance on that property, the salesman assured plaintiffs that he would "take care of it" and that they were "covered." In fact, however, he did not make arrangements for issuance...
