This appeal follows the district court's determination, 331 F.Supp. 1173, that the Renegotiation Act of 1951, 50 App. U.S.C.A. § 1211 et seq. (the Act), does not preclude the Federal Maritime Administration from including a ten percent profit limitation clause in its master repair contracts.
