PER CURIAM.

These consolidated appeals arose from an auto-pedestrian accident resulting in the deaths of two pedestrians, Paul Mouchon and Loren Mouchon. It occurred on July 18, 1969.

The decedents' various representatives sued the vehicle owner Peterson, driver, Palmer, and Peterson's insurance carrier, Motor Club of Iowa for damages. The only substantive question on appeal is whether Peterson's insurance policy with Motor Club was in effect on the date of...
