Daniel Bruce Weber, Jr. (Bruce) who brought suit by his mother and next friend, Karen B. Weber, was about three and a half years of age on 19 November 1968. On that day, Bruce wandered alone into the laundry room of the apartment building managed by Carl M. Freeman Associates, Inc. (Freeman) at 7909 Kreeger Drive, Adelphi, Maryland, where he lived with his parents, and was severely injured when in an attempt to stop...
