While studying at the University of Indiana in the spring of 1969, appellant and his wife resided in a house at Rural Route 6 on Whitehall Pike near Bloomington. They were both tried for violating 21 U.S.C. § 176a1 by receiving and concealing marihuana knowing that it had been imported contrary to law. Mrs. Pratter was acquitted.
