This is an action based upon the anti-discrimination provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.

The action is based upon a claim of sex discrimination, alleging that the plaintiff was denied by the defendant, solely because of her sex, various opportunities, perquisites, etc., she would have otherwise been entitled to receive as a so-called "systems engineer". It is alleged...
