In this suit Hollis Berry, Jr., seeks to recover from his employer's compensation insurance carrier, Aetna Casualty & Surety Company, certain medical expenses allegedly incurred by him in connection with treatment for injuries received in an on-the-job accident, together with penalties and attorney's fees.
