Mr. and Mrs. Shepard were divorced and the mother was awarded the permanent custody of a minor child, issue of the marriage, together with child support in the amount of $50 per month. Soon thereafter the wife remarried and left the continental limits of the United States with her second husband and the child. The father instituted a rule nisi, seeking to be allowed to discontinue payments for child support because the mother had moved with the child...
