This appeal is occasioned by an automobile accident which occurred on December 30, 1968, on U.S. Highway 190 in Livingston Parish, Louisiana. Plaintiffs, A. H. Landry, and Adrian Landry, Jr., his son, originally filed suit against defendant, Bobby G. Cartwright, and his liability insurer, Employers' Liability Assurance Corporation, Ltd.
