On the 4th day of September, 1967, Cheryl Christine Hanson was operating her automobile in Warren County Kentucky with her sister, Connie Sue Hanson, as a passenger when she was involved in a collision with an automobile driven by Jerry Wayne Sloan. Connie Hanson subsequently filed suit against Sloan in Kentucky for her personal injuries and he in turn filed a third party complaint...
