The six defendants in this action are charged in the first count of a ten count indictment with a conspiracy (1) to conceal the "true ownership" of a retail liquor business, the King's IV, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; (2) to file and cause to be filed certain special tax returns which were "not true and correct as to every material matter"; and (3) to file and cause to be filed certain individual income...
