WOLCOTT, Chief Justice:

This is an appeal from a conviction of uttering as true a forget instrument in violation of 11 Del.C. § 543. The basic point raised in the appeal is that the State failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the appellant was the individual who, on July 25, 1969, cashed a check at the Bank of Delaware with a forget endorsement. The sole question is the identification of the appellant.
