This is an appeal from probate proceedings in Sierra County. Appellant, claiming to be a creditor of decedent's estate, unsuccessfully objected in probate court to the final report of the administratrix with will annexed (appellee) and unsuccessfully moved the probate court to transfer the proceedings to district court.
