On November 13, 1970, the state bar examining committee petitioned the Superior Court to vacate that court's orders of May 15, 1970, and October 8, 1970, granting the respondent, Thomas J. Courtney, a temporary license to practice law. The court issued an order directing the respondent to appear before it and show cause why the petition should not be granted.
