A jury awarded Northern Indiana Bank and Trust Company2 (Trustee) $319,350 and $73,320, respectively, for one 150 acre parcel and one 40 acre parcel of real estate owned by the Trustee for the sole benefit of Bethlehem Steel Corporation,3 and taken by the government in aid of the establishment of the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore4 Park.
