This suit arose from a four-vehicle collision on the one-way, two lane feeder road paralleling the Gulf Freeway in Harris County, Texas. Lawrence Jackson and Restaurant Management consultants & Analysists, Inc., Jackson's employer and the owner of the vehicle driven by Jackson, were the plaintiffs.
