In the present cases, a condemnation action for an easement on certain lands was brought, which named T. R. Kiser, the father, and Mrs. T. R. Kiser, the divorced wife and mother, and five of their children, as defendants, and after the judgment of condemnation the father and the children filed separate motions to distribute the funds which had been paid into court, the children, all sui juris, claim under a deed from the mother and a deed in settlement...
