This is an automobile negligence case. The salient facts are as follows: Plaintiff Mary Beth Rowe is the daughter of plaintiff Mary Hughes. Plaintiff Rowe was seven months pregnant at the time of the accident, and she and her parents were concerned about her condition because she had previously had three miscarriages.
