Appeal by defendant Fred W. Radde from an order of the district court denying his motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or, in the alternative, for a new trial in an action for damages for unlawfully inducing an alleged breach of contract. The jury returned a verdict for plaintiff in the sum of $500 for compensatory damages and $2,200 for punitive damages.
