The real issue to be resolved here is the effect, if any, of the Oklahoma Workmen's Compensation Law on an action sounding in fraud brought by one Aubrey Tinsley Sade against Northern Natural Gas Company in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. The trial court concluded that the Oklahoma Workmen's Compensation Law precluded the maintenance of such action and granted Northern's motion for summary judgment...
