This action was based on a contract arising out of the dissolution of an insurance agency partnership in which the plaintiff Nicholas B. Rizzo and the named defendant Claude W. Price, Jr., were partners and the defendant Theodore Thompson was an employee. The plaintiff sought to recover damages resulting from an alleged breach of the contract. The defendants admitted the material allegations of the complaint but denied that the agreement was a valid contract...
