OPINION

COWAN, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals from a judgment dismissing her claim for compensation benefits under the New Mexico Occupational Disease Disablement Law (§§ 59-11-1 — 59-11-42, N.M.S.A. 1953 [Repl.Vol. 9, pt. 1]).

We affirm.
