Raymond J. Flanagan, (husband), sued Bonnie J. Flanagan, (wife), in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County for a divorce a vinculo matrimonii on the non-culpatory ground of five years uninterrupted separation. Article 16, § 24. The wife filed a general denial to the husband's complaint and she affirmatively, by way of a cross-bill, sought a decree for separate maintenance, alimony pendente lite...
