This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants in the amount of $4,055.46 with interest at the rate of 6% from December 29, 1967. The judgment is for an overpayment by the plaintiff corporation of the Merchants and Manufacturers Tax for the year 1967, paid to Jackson County, Missouri.
