ODOM, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of unlawful sale of a narcotic drug, to-wit: heroin. Punishment was assessed by the court at ten years.

The record reflects that on May 19, 1970, Officer Jerry Rangel, who was at that time assigned to undercover investigation for the narcotics division of the San Antonio Police Department, went to the Cool Breeze Pool Hall in that city and learned that appellant was in possession...
