This is a diversity case involving the meaning of a contract. The specific issue relates to the price to be paid by Richardson to Phillips for residue gas. The contract provides for a price "equal to the price ... which Phillips receives ... for gas sold to El Paso Natural Gas Company ... " from Phillips' Goldsmith Plant.
