PER CURIAM.

On November 15, 1971, this Court entered the following order with respect to the annual license fees paid by attorneys:

Effective January 1, 1972, the Supreme Court license fees shall be, and are hereby, increased from $2.00 per year to $17.00 per calendar year. Fees will be payable between January 1 and March 1, after which a $1.00 penalty attaches. The Court finds that the increased fees will be necessary to support the establishment of a full...
