LEWIS v. STATE

No. 70-326.

267 So.2d 387 (1972)

Laverne LEWIS, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

October 4, 1972.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Charles W. Musgrove, Public Defender, and Carl V.M. Coffin, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Nelson E. Bailey, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

The sole point on this appeal challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support appellant's conviction of assault with intent to commit murder in the second degree. From our review of the record, there appears to be ample evidence to support the conviction. The judgment and sentence from which this appeal was taken are affirmed.

Affirmed.
