This is a suit to set aside a judgment of adoption. On September 11, 1970, the District Court of Brazos County, Texas, 85th Judicial District, entered its default judgment of adoption in favor of Gilbert Norman Plass, joined by his wife, Thyra Nichols Plass, for adoption by Dr. Plass of a minor child, Gordon Marc Leithold, with change of surname and the usual relief in adoption cases.
