This is the second appearance of this case before us. The appellants-defendants, Bryan and Sons Corporation and Hubert E. Bryan, are appealing a second amended final judgment in an action arising out of a contract to clear land owned by appellees-plaintiffs, Sivert Klefstad, et al.
