B.L.M. was adjudicated a delinquent child on July 1, 1970, and was committed to the Department of Institutions. The court stayed issuance of its mittimus, placed B.L.M. on probation for a period of two years and further assigned him for a period of ninety days to the Mountain Parks Work Program.
