This is an appeal by Edward E. Tomlin from a judgment in the Madison Circuit Court convicting him of the crime of Committing Robbery While Armed With a Deadly Weapon. Appellant was charged by affidavit on December 18, 1969, and on January 5, 1970, appellant entered a plea of guilty. Appellant then successfully requested that his plea of guilty be set aside, and on January 12, 1970, he appeared in court and stated that he had a mental problem. The...
