This is an appeal from a judgment entered following a jury trial and verdict in an automobile accident case. Plaintiffs Donald Mace and Mary Zoret filed a joint action against defendants, and those defendants filed a cross-complaint against Plaintiff Mace. Following trial, the jury returned a verdict against plaintiffs Zoret and Mace on their complaint and in favor of defendants on their cross-complaint against Mace.
