Frances Milburn brought an action against her husband Merle Milburn seeking a divorce on the ground of extreme and repeated acts of cruelty. The husband denied any cruelty on his part and counterclaimed for divorce, alleging that it was the wife who was guilty of acts of cruelty. The trial court granted each a divorce and entered permanent orders which, inter alia, awarded the wife $100 per month...
