FEATHERSTON, Judge:

Respondent determined deficiencies in petitioner's Federal corporate income tax returns for 1966 and 1967 in the amounts of $19,135.28 and $21,556.09, respectively. Concessions having been made by the parties, the issues for determination are:

(1) Whether certain funds carried on petitioner's books as "Commissions and Other Income" and reported on petitioner's corporate income tax returns...
