The wife has brought an action for judgment on a note in the amount of $1,500.00 signed by husband dated December 19, 1970 and delivered to wife March, 1972, subsequent to the entry of the final decree of divorce. Husband has counterclaimed for expenditures made and personal services rendered to wife subsequent to the filing of the divorce...
