By virtue of an accidental injury allegedly sustained by plaintiff in the course and scope of his employment and the disabilities resulting therefrom, plaintiff seeks to recover from his former employer, Phipps Erection, Inc., and its insurer workmen's compensation at the maximum statutory rate plus hospital and medical expenses as well as penalties and attorney...
