266 So.2d 369 (1972)

McArthur BELIN, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

August 21, 1972.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Walter N. Colbath, Jr., Public Defender, and Carl V.M. Coffin, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Andrew I. Friedrich, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

This is a belated appeal from a judgment and sentence for second-degree murder. The appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence. We have reviewed the evidence and find that there is competent substantial evidence to support the verdict. Accordingly the judgment and sentence are affirmed.
