This is an action under the workmen's compensation statute, LSA-R.S. 23:1021 et seq., wherein plaintiff, in her individual capacity and as representative of four minor children, seeks to recover of the defendant, Chicago Mill and Lumber Company, compensation at the maximum statutory rate for the death of her husband, the late William S. Lisonbee.
