The appellant, Harry Benson Williams, was convicted in a non-jury trial by Judge Charles D. Harris in the Criminal Court of Baltimore, of the charge of possession of heroin in sufficient quantity to reasonably indicate an intent to distribute the same. Article 27, § 286.
