This is an action in equity whereby plaintiff, Paper Manufacturers Company, seeks to enjoin the employment of its former employe, Weiss, by plaintiff's alleged competitor, Penn Card and Paper Company, Inc. Plaintiff's complaint also asks that Weiss be enjoined from revealing plaintiff's trade secrets to Penn Card and finally that Penn Card be compelled to account to plaintiff for profits...
