This is a sequel to State Board of Optometric Examiners v. Dixon, 165 Colo. 488, 440 P.2d 287, decided by this court on April 29, 1968. The plaintiff-appellants here are licensed optometrists and the defendant-appellees are members of the Colorado State Board of Optometric Examiners and the Board itself.
