LaBarre, was found guilty by a jury of two counts of unlawful possession of narcotics, namely, cocaine and hashish, and one count of unlawful possession of a prohibited drug, d-lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), in violation of Minn.St. cc. 618 and 152, respectively.
