This is an appeal by the defendant, Jeralene Kye Henrich, from a judgment of conviction of involuntary manslaughter under the provisions of section 94-2507, R.C.M. 1947. The defendant was tried by a jury in the district court of the thirteenth judicial district, Yellowstone County, found guilty, and sentenced to serve two years in the Montana State Prison with one year suspended.
