Delmar Kirven, and James Dewey Marsh, the respondents herein, along with others, were indicted at the 1971 February Term of the Court of General Sessions for Darlington County of offenses which arose out of an incident which occurred at the Lamar Schools in Lamar, South Carolina, on March 3, 1970.
